Secure Messaging and Document Sharing

Meddbase includes a highly secure document management and file sharing system.

This allows users to create, save and securely share documents and other files with patients and clinicians involved in care across the entire patient pathway. Both inside and outside your organisation.

Documents, medical images or even audio files can be shared with 3rd party users via the Secure Document Portal. Select the files within the system you wish to share, select the recipients cell phone number or email address from inside the system then hit Send.

When your recipient opens the link, they will be displayed with the last 4 digits of their cell phone number for verification. By clicking “Request Code” Meddbase will send the recipient a 6 digit pin to their cell phone number. Your recipient will enter this number into the portal to access the files. From here, all files are accessible to view or download.

Insert your own default text templates for the file sharing message and include your own branding within the email and the document sharing portal itself.
